  • A card is required to secure your slot. You’ll only be charged after your service (unless cancellation policy is broken).

  • 24-hour notice required for cancellations or reschedules.

Late Arrival

  • 10-minute grace period. After that, appointments may be shortened or canceled based on availability.

Refunds

  • All services and deposits are non-refundable.

Arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in and complete any necessary forms before your treatment starts.

If you're more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled and your deposit forfeited.

To maintain a serene environment, we ask that you come alone—no guests or children unless being serviced.

Do you offer refunds?

All deposits and services are non-refundable. We’re happy to adjust results where possible to ensure satisfaction.

How can I cancel or reschedule?

Use the link in your confirmation email or message us on Instagram at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Do you accept walk-ins?

No, we are appointment-only. All bookings must be made online in advance.

How do I pay?

We accept cards, Apple Pay, Afterpay, and cash. No Zelle or Cash App.
